HOW WE RUN THIS

What Keeps Tongits on cc6casino Fair and Consistent

Certified Card Shuffle Logic

The digital Tongits deck uses a certified random shuffle process so no player — dealer included — has any advantage over the card order on any given hand.

Clear Meld Validation

Our Tongits engine validates every meld attempt automatically. If a combination is invalid, the game flags it immediately rather than letting a bad meld slip through unnoticed.

Transparent Score Display

Point totals for every card remaining in hand are shown clearly at the end of each round so you can verify the winner's count against your own cards without guessing.

Access Where Law Permits

Tongits on cc6casino is available only to eligible players in regions where local law allows it. Availability is confirmed at account level, not assumed for all visitors.

How a Round of Tongits Actually Works

Tongits is played by three people using a standard 52-card deck. The dealer gets 13 cards; the other two players receive 12 each. On your turn, you draw a card from the stock pile and either meld valid sets to the table or discard — burning a card face-up. Valid melds are either a sequence of three or more cards in the

same suit, or a set of three or four cards sharing the same rank. The round ends when the stock pile runs out, a player calls Tongits by emptying their hand, or a Fight is declared. Whoever holds the lowest total hand value at that point wins the pot.

Tongits Glossary — Key Terms Every Player Should Know

01
What is a meld in Tongits?

A meld is a valid combination of cards laid face-up on the table. It must be either a same-rank set of three or four cards, or a same-suit sequence of three or more consecutive cards.

02
What does 'burn' mean in Tongits?

To burn is to discard one card face-up onto the discard pile at the end of your turn. Every turn must end with a burn unless you have emptied your hand and declared Tongits.

03
What is a Fight in Tongits?

A Fight is a challenge called by any player who has at least one meld on the table. All active players reveal their hands and the lowest total card value wins the round.

04
What does 'Tongits' mean as a call?

Calling Tongits means you have melded every card from your hand and have none left to burn. It is an immediate win and ends the round without needing a Fight declaration.

05
What is the stock pile in Tongits?

The stock pile is the face-down deck cards are drawn from each turn. When the stock pile runs out completely, the round ends automatically and a Fight determines the winner.

06
What is a lay-off in Tongits?

A lay-off lets you add one or more cards from your hand onto an existing meld already on the table — either your own or another player's — reducing your remaining hand value.

Tongits Rules — Questions Filipinos Actually Ask

No. A Fight can only be called by a player who has already laid at least one valid meld on the table. If you have no melds down, you cannot initiate a Fight, though you still participate if someone else calls one.

If two players end a Fight with the same total hand value, the round is typically declared a draw and the pot is split equally between them according to the standard rules agreed before play started.

Yes. On your turn, after drawing, you can lay off matching cards onto any meld on the table — yours or another player's. This is one of the key ways to reduce your hand value before a Fight.

Yes. The dealer gets 13 cards while the other two players get 12 each. The dealer also plays first after the deal. The dealer role rotates each round so the advantage cycles through all three players.

In Tongits, face cards — Jack, Queen, King — are each worth 10 points. Aces are worth 1 point. Number cards carry their face value. Lower total points means a stronger position in a Fight.

Pusoy Dos is a shedding game where you beat the previous play with a higher-ranked set. Tongits focuses on melding and reducing hand value over multiple draw turns — a different rhythm and strategy entirely.
